Indemnity & Liability Waiver

By purchasing from Chroma23® Peptides, you (“Customer”) agree to the terms outlined below. This agreement ensures proper handling, legal compliance, and acknowledgment of risk associated with research-use compounds.

 

1. Research Use Acknowledgment

All products offered by Chroma23® Peptides are intended strictly for laboratory research purposes only. They are not for human or veterinary use, nor for diagnostic or therapeutic applications.

  • These compounds are not evaluated or approved by the FDA or any other regulatory agency.

  • It is the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure proper handling, storage, documentation, and compliance with all applicable laws and safety protocols.

  • Non-compliance with these terms voids any responsibility or obligation on behalf of Chroma23® Peptides.

2. Age Verification & Legal Responsibility

  • You confirm that you are at least 21 years of age and legally permitted to purchase research materials in your jurisdiction.

  • You agree to provide valid, government-issued identification upon request.

  • You are solely responsible for complying with local, state, and federal laws regarding possession and use of the products.

3. No Medical Claims or Warranties

  • Chroma23® Peptides makes no claims regarding safety, efficacy, or intended use of any product.

  • No express or implied warranties are given, including those of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

  • All products are sold “as is.”

4. Assumption of Risk & Limitation of Liability

By purchasing, you assume full responsibility for:

  • Chroma23® Peptides is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or misuse of products.

  • You agree to release Chroma23® Peptides, its team, and affiliates from all claims related to product use.

5. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Chroma23® Peptides and its representatives from:

  • Any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs (including legal fees), or penalties resulting from your use, storage, or handling of products.

  • Legal actions or third-party claims arising from misuse, injury, or regulatory violations.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.

  • Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan, Wyoming.

  • If any clause is deemed unenforceable, the remaining terms shall remain in effect.

7. Electronic Consent

By completing your purchase, you:

  • Confirm that you have read and understood this agreement.

  • Agree that your electronic acceptance constitutes a legally binding signature.

  • Acknowledge that this agreement may be printed and used in legal proceedings, if necessary.
